    Rolex service question

Ok, if a Rolex is serviced by a Rolex accredited AD in house do you still receive all warranty/service documentation to show it was done officially ?

No, in the sense that you do not receive the Rolex service/warranty card. You receive the card of the individual independent.
It's just a matter of time...

Just ask them if you still get your 2 years Rolex warranty and card to support this

The Rolex AD local to me is the oldest one in the UK. They are also accredited and charge the same price as if it were sent to Rolex but they turn it around much quicker.

The watch is returned with just a hand written receipt on plain paper. The only reference is a serial number stamped on the top right hand side of the paper. If you have a query, you quote the reference number which details everything.

Somewhat old fashioned, somewhat unacceptable and somewhat rather charming.
