I said to a colleague just the other day “I’ve not fancied anything watch-wise in ages” and two days later I bought a 16610LV Green Sub’ and a 116613LB TT Blue Sub’!!

I’m sure there’s been others I’ve forgotten but it’s been a busy year for me watch-wise and I don’t think it’s over yet!!

That's probably the nicest Zenith chrono i've seen, subdials seem a little large but don't jar like they do on the 'tri-compax' dials where they overlap. Bezel edge / grip is odd but likable however the price and limited nature mean it's probably not an option. A shame as it's definitely in the ballpark of something i'd wear.
I have a problem trying to find the perfect watch, guess I'm a total flipper (apart from the 16710)...
In this year:
Rolex 16710
Oris Staghorn LE
Tudor Black Bay Blue
Smiths Seafire
Precista PRS-83
Seiko Tuna SBNN035
Grand Seiko Quartz GMT
Halios Seaforth
Smiths Vanguard
Garmin Forerunner 245
Seiko SBJ055 Zimbe
Omega Seamaster 300
Omega Speedmaster Pro
Rolex Explorer
Garmin Fenix 5s
Damasko DA47
Victorinox INOX Carbon
Seiko SARB065
Out this year:

Damasko DA47
Victorinox INOX Carbon
Seiko SARB065
I've bought my 'grail' watch and now I'm trying to have a general alternative for those days when I fancy a change and also a watch for work and travel.
Ideally I'd like 3 maybe 4 watches and once I have those then finally I should be done...
Jeez looking at the list I realise I have a 'problem' lol...
^^^ Yes, you could say that

I think I’m done on incomings this year, may let a couple go though

I never know. The only thing I do know is I am not a flipper. I tend to keep almost everything I buy. (Their have been a few exceptions)
I had three incoming in short order earlier in the year, all watches I have been after for a while.
There is nothing I have my eye on bar a ZRC so if the right watch pops up, happy days, if not never mind.
Im done for the year, unless my AD can pull a hulk or daytonna out of his hat. Personally, i doubt it.

My wife says I'm done for this year.

I think I will sell some watches over the next weeks, there are some which I haven't worn in over a year.
Someone who lies about the little things will lie about the big things too.
Always done for the year.
Careful though, you wouldn't want people on the forum thinking you were only buying it to get higher up the AD list for a mere GMT
Still room for a 16600!

Loads in, none out. And the Crown Jewels due mid-week.
Starting a second business while recovering from minor cancer treatment has meant that my bandwidth for playing with watches has been severely diminished this year.
In fact, looking back over my records I realise to my surprise that I’ve only bought one watch in 2019. It was fairly significant for me, though, as I finally managed to get my hands on a mint PRS-2 Dreadnought (originally bought from Eddie by one Ming Thein, incidentally).
Gratuitous photo...
Although I should have done, I haven’t sold anything either. I probably have three or four watches that I should let go - the number has now crept up to 17, I’m not wearing them all and that suggests I should unload a couple. It probably won’t happen this year, though.
So I suspect that I actually am ‘done for the year’...

Absolutely epic, well done!!!!
As for myself -
IN:
A nice 6309 from the early 80s
Turtle STO
OUT:
PRS12 - just not being worn.
I also have a couple of watches I need to move on to new homes and I have to sell on a few G-shocks. I have far too many....
And that is about it - 2 more than I expected, but happy with that. Lots of ideas I toyed with including a trade didn't materialised and there is one other I am chasing, but that is currently on the backburner. Another quiet year next year I think as I continue to enjoy my collection :)
In:
Sinn 104 White
Sinn EZM13
Stowa B Dia
Breitling B1
Tudor GMT
Out:
Sinn 903 BE (Silly me)
Sinn 104 White
Sinn EZM13
Stowa B Dia
Some major flippage has happened it would seem, but nothing in comparison to some! Leaves the collection 5 strong, so I imagine there will be an outbound soon, in the shape of a Breitling!
Having stuck with two watches for about 10 years, I've recently increased the collection and got into the dangerous habit of flipping
In:
Sinn 104
Sinn 857
Sinn u2
Sinn u1
Pelagos Blue
Pelagos LHD
BB GMT
BB Dark
Out
Sinn 104
Sinn 857
Sinn u2
Pelagos Blue
When I get round to it (i.e before the end of the year) I'll be moving the U1 and BB dark on. That will leave me with a 4 watch collection - Speedy, 2254, BB GMT, Pelagos LHD. The plan is to stick with that 4 for all of 2020
Bought a Gen 1 X33 and a Tudor Heritage Black Bay eta this year. Think i’m done. Prices are just too rich these days for me. Glad I bought most of my collection before the massive price hikes and restricted availability.
Only one in.
Speedy Pro
Nothing out.
Potentially in.... Pelagos or Superocean Heritage...
