    Worried you're missing out?

    Time is running out, apparently.

The DFS sale makes it clear for a start.

Of course, there are physical manifestations too. Receding hairline, larger trousers, increasing cynicism. Some good news though.

    Time isn't really running out.

Relatively speaking, it isn't. So if you're concerned that you've left it too late to buy that DRSD or 5512 or that C2 993 with a manual box, or perhaps you're wondering if it's time to get married or divorced or maybe you're wondering why we're here (on Earth, not TZ) and you're unsure whether you'll get to do everything you wanted to before the bell tolls... relax.

    There's plenty of time left.

Unfortunately though, unlike the DFS sale, we're not eternal even if the Universe appears to be.

    Wow that’s pretty interesting.

At least Keith Richards will see most of it!
Started out with nothing. Still have most of it left.

I thought it was mesmerising. The numbers are truly mind boggling, and the things that happen truly mind blowing.

I thought it was stunning and shocking in equal measure. A bit like seeing the new Rolex price list.

My only slight gripe was that at 2.42 the caption reads 'Antarctica melts' by which they probably mean the ice rather than the landmass.

When do You/We the World think it time to be worried about global warming?.Because if we just have the attitude it won't affect me and mine then the planet Earth is on a path to destruction all because of the I'm ok now attitude!.

The facts are, those that do care, and do try to make a difference have little if any affect simply because the greater majority do absolutely nothing to make a change.

Must go,got an old fridge & mattress to dump down a quiet avenue.

Agreed. I wondered if they were getting confused with the Arctic, which could melt as it's effectively just a frozen ocean.

If your horse produces any manure during the journey P9CLY, it might be worth selling it to ADs - fairly sure they use it when deciding who gets new stock.

Yes, slightly disappointed that no D:Ream tracks were used in the making of this video.

Maybe if they recorded a version called ‘Things Can Only Get Worse and Worse’.

I agree, that's the only thing that disappointed me about it.

I thought I was the only person who didn't love Brian Cox.

Oddly, he sends me to sleep... every week of his planets series I nodded off half way through and I don't do so normally.

I was even interested in the subject, but his half speed Wallace tones just send me to sleep!

Perhaps he should do insomniac help tapes?

    Me too.

Mind you they aren't real astronomers and star gazers 'til they get a 'telescope eye', like the late wonderful Sir Patrick Moore CBE!

Started out with nothing. Still have most of it left.

I don't mind Cox - his podcasts with Joe Rogan are excellent.

Of course, we have been spoiled by the likes of Sagan though.
