Picked mine up from the post office today. I love it! Just need to resize the bracelet, but it’ll have to wait, early flight in the morning! Sunday can’t come soon enough 👍🏻 Thanks Eddie

Thanks a lot, Eddie, so I understand that the new updated black dial Everest will have the resized hands while this white dial will remain as per your pictures.

I thought the white dial version had the new hand set that was going to be applied to the black version on its batch two production. I may have misunderstood that though!

I second that request...the Expedition thus far seems to be more the crowd pleaser.

I received my Smiths Expedition on Tuesday, mate it's fantastic!

The Smiths booby logo is perfect, opening the parcel was like opening a NOS watch from the 1950s, like many I've a few watches (well ten) of which I'm going to thin out to about six, this Smiths is going nowhere.

I'm going to hang on for the updated black dial Everest I think however, I really do like the white dial Expedition a lot and could possibly be very tempted.

I have the black dialed Everest as I also have the Baltic Aquascaphe. Both watches are keepers. I got my Baltic on the tropic strap because I am not a bracelet kind of guy.

Binsulls thread, plus missing out on one in December prompted me to form an orderly queue today. So now the wait begins.

    Steve

    Update , it's arrived.

And now on a beige leather

Still enjoying my Everest so I thought I would try a light leather strap. Sorry for the hairy arm.

Had my shipping e-mail today, which is excellent!

Sadly, it's a birthday present, so other than checking all is OK it'll likely be going back into the box until middle of next week :-(

It's my birthday, so unboxed and on my wrist now!

Here's one next to it's bigger sibling:

The white is a lovely thing, doesn't wear that small (I find white dials wear larger than black), and sizing the bracelet was a dream.

Didn’t receive any shipping notification but when I got home last night my other half told me she’d missed the postman attempting to deliver something RMSD. Checked the tracking number and it’s from Sheffield

    Been and collected today.

Here we go, a matching pair

Nige, do you recall roughly what time you got your order confirmation email on the Sunday? Would be interesting to know roughly how far through them all Eddie has managed to get.

    Thanks
