Place to get safe key cut for a vintage safe?

    Hi,

I've acquired a lovely old safe but it only has one key. It is quite unusual in that it has 2 blades coming from the central column. I have attached a sketch of it - I think.

It's obviously sensible to have a spare or two, can any members point me in the right direction for someone who offers this service please?

Can send key to them or if they're local ish i can drop my key and safe off to them.

    Thanks,

    Glenn

I can’t see the image of the key but I had a couple of keys for an old safe cut at a local market stall
Timsons can cut safe keys I believe but best sit down whilst receiving the quote

I don’t think sending the one and only key you have in the post is the smartest thing to do.

    Find someone local.
