The rivets look massive. Based on the second photo it doesn't seem like it's anything to do with reflections.
Been wearing smaller watches lately, so this has my interest . Not to sure about the riveted bracelet , though
Having looked at the rivets I now “get” it. They appear tall as the reflection of the rivet head is positioned directly underneath it, making it appear to be double the height it actually is. I am much relieved!

So to be clear, the rivets don't protrude at all?

This turned out amazing, have you ever thought about putting the tits logo on the crown Eddie?
An engraved crown on the crown.

This is the way I see it... the red bits protrude from the case. Then you can see the 'extra length' is the reflection from the protruding rivets in the polished side.
Thanks, leather for me, I'm not a protruded type

As they aren't actually rivets but are CNCd then a little work with a jeweller's file will reduce them to a suitable height if need be.

I'm probably sticking my neck out here but,,if possible chief could you please reserve no2 for me for obvious reasons.

Whole chunks of my life come under the heading "it seemed like a good idea at the time".
Very nice, although they haven't said what authentication they have it was part of an expedition

The 'Expedition' is the first white dial watch I'll have bought in years, I'm getting so impatient

So what is the case size and thickness on this and the white Everest please?
This looks great
Eddie, I don’t think you should rush your post-operative recovery ... because it’ll be expensive for all of us when Timefactors is open for orders again
Thanks for that...
I'm having one of these when they hit TF...

From the Time factors website-
The Smiths Everest 36mm White Dial and the Smiths Everest 'Expedition' will be available
from 15:00hrs British Summer Time on Sunday 6th October, both with new 'rivet'
bracelet and the Miyota 9039 automatic movement.
I’m surprised there is an anti magnetic cover. Pretty cool. Though I wonder why that wouldn’t increase the a/m rating as most modern autos are inherently a/m to 4800.

Well spotted, thanks you.
My alarm has been set. Fingers crossed I get one.
I couldn’t find it, just out of interest, where is it on the website?
