Looking like a real stunner! Might just be the photo, but the lume looks a vintage tone in the second hand lollipop compared to the other hands?

Just goes to show that even when the week is not working out too well there is always something that can come along to make the future look a whole lot better!

    Looking fabulous Eddie.

    Thanks.

Is it me, or do those bracelet 'rivets' look huge?

Not just you, they almost look if they have not been peened over. Or is it an optical illusion?

The rivets serve no function, the side of the links was CNC'd to create them. Picture number 4 above shows them as they are.

I've worked out why the rivets look huge, you're seeing the reflection of them in the polished sides of the bracelet.

Ah, gotcha. I didn't think you'd sign off on something that looked that mad.

In that case, after a brief waver, I'm in for sure. Looks fantastic

Looks good. I'm holding out for the white-dialled Everest myself, but this looks nice!

The clasp definitely look smaller than those on the 36mm Everest. Can we a picture of watch head sitting on top of clasp please, so we have an idea of the proportions?

seconded please, as I need to see them side by side to make my final choice.

Not sure about the cosmetic rivets personally but plenty of nato, perlon, leather options.

Any idea when these will become available? I am currently abroad (until the 26th) and I might have to go to an Internet shop, or library to order, so I don't miss out.

I'm sure Eddie has said somewhere that these are mid/late October.

Please Eddie, one question: for the updated black dial Everest, will the clasp report just the "Smiths" engraving (excluding the b@@bs crown), in line with the logo on the dial, isn't it ?

    Thanks for your reply.

Best I can do in the light box, really need to set it up on the copy stand to get a square-on shot.

Looks very nice, but not sure about those rivets? Have to see it in real life.

No - I'm waiting for the white dial Everest :)

Any pics of that one yet please ?

I think the bracelet looks a it too fussy with those end sections and rivets. All that was needed was the Everest black dial 36mm bracelet but with a normal clasp ...

It looks fantastic, I will be getting one with bracelet but guess it will spend most of it's time on a strap, leather, nato or perlon. It will give it multi-personalities

This watch is exactly what i have been waiting for and i will absolutely take my place in the queue to buy one. I thought my prs36 was the ultimate Timefactors for me but the Expedition may well top that.Superb job Mr Platts.
