    Looks like a vintage case back removal tool and holder.

    Something looks strange in the photo though.. the lower left side of the case doesn't seem to be reflecting the red grip of the case holder properly?

    Still a beautiful picture as usual from Jocke :)

    It's a white 1680 with a service dial and insert.
