    New Arrival BB58

Just picked this up yesterday, I was on a waiting list but got the call after only 10 days due to a cancellation. Am very happy with it, first impressions - lovely vintage feel watch, good quality and wears well on the wrist. It does feel smaller than I am used to but am sure that feeling will disappear over time.

Bought a leather strap on Tudor deployment from a forum member, so will see what that looks like after a few weeks on the bracelet.

Very nice, but I would say that as I am wearing mine now...

    Lovely.

I'm having a bit of an issue with the wait for mine - 3 months I've been waiting and supposedly 'next in'. This is despite buying a GMT from the same AD at the same time which I picked up a few weeks later.

I keep seeing them pop up and quick turnaround but am a little restricted as got a discount so can't just cancel and buy elsewhere (does make me wonder if the discount is the issue though......)

I do wonder whether waiting times are lower in North East than maybe some other areas in the country, possibly not the volume of watches sold up here, or just got lucky with a cancellation...

I got mine a couple of weeks ago. Brilliant watch and whilst it did feel small when I first got it I’ve quickly found it to be the most comfortable and nicest of my watches

They are really nice - my other watches have had no wrist time since I got the BB58.
Just put mine on this custom made strap & looks so good.

    Congratulations on your purchase.

I'm a bit torn between the BB58 and the BB36 but will probably go the BB36 route.

Thanks, it really matches well with the watch.
Custom made by a guy I found on ebay - he makes incredible straps from vegetable-tanned Italian leather, for very little money.
He has custom made me quite a few straps this year.
PM me if you want his details.

I have just ordered one of these after pondering and umming over them since release.
Already have a no date sub but i think the gilt on these is ace and hopefully enough to be different.

Congratulation. This has potential to be a future classic.

Absolutely cracking watch, been wearing my daily almost. With the Panerai on weekends. 3m in & still think a great piece, even though I find it picks up scratches easily. Crazy how much of forum favourite it’s become.

It’s certainly different enough to have along side a no date sub.
I would even say having had both it’s a better looking watch although that’s subjective.

Agreed. The 58 proportions are great. I'm personally waiting for them to release one with a date or even better a GMT complication..

I’d also like them to do the bronze in this size, or at least close i.e. 39-41mm.

Went to my local AD with the intention of purchasing a BB36 at the weekend, and was a little underwhelmed when handling it, so my name went straight on to the waitlist for the 58! 3 - 4 months apparently...merry Christmas to me!
