None yet in so far as image only, no pricing details etc but will be £1k or so I'd imagine. Limited to 500 pieces in Thailand only

May get the new green Seiko 5 automatic myself, quite like the look of this one though.

Just out of curiosity though, why do Seiko have so many limited editions for the Thailand market?

It's an interesting one - Thailand has always been a huge Asian market for Seiko outside of Japan and the local distributors charter these Zimbe editions as a means of cementing the importance of this market. Interestingly many of the Zimbes (not all mind you) end up having better price appreciation than a Rolex Daytona due to some of the interesting designs and the scarcity. Just a shame the weakness of the pound is in tandem with the strength of the Thai Baht so these end up being very expensive, albeit with strong value retention should you wish to move it on at some stage.

Looks like an SPB079 with gold on the bezel and a Cyclops on the dial. Is it titanium? Probably same specs.

That seems cheap considering the standard SPB is about £1k? I do like it though

Is that chapter ring on the piss? Looks fine at 6 but 9 and 12 appear slightly off.

Possibly the angle that the photo was taken/rendered.

Although it wouldn’t be a surprise if it was off as a couple of my Seiko’s will testify.
