New Doxa sub on the way

According to a French forum this new Sub from Doxa is due in November. ETA auto movement, several colourways, 42mm, around 990 Euros.

There'll also be a limited edition (130 examples) to mark the 130th anniversary at 1200 Euros.

I don't like that very much. The orange Doxa crown logo's a bit naff and the watch looks like a copy of something else. Seamaster and Yema Superman?

    And it's too big.

    Zero points from me

Looks too 'normal' to me - where's the classic Doxa Sub shape???

Not sure it’s a secret, it’s on their website:

Maybe the different dial colours will make it a little less generic.

For the money that looks great. With a bit of discount or second hand could be 600 ish, not bad value

Decent value, especially second hand as mentioned above.
However I think it looks too generic... and for me it’s too large.

The twisted lugs have that feel. I want to not like it, but I think I do.

I like the Doxa case design but they have probably realised that they need to try something different. A Seamaster 300 case design is certainly an easy way out. I do like it though.

Could possibly be a hit with Doxa at this price point.

I quite like the look of the new watch, but what they should really be reissuing is the Doxa Army.
