Hi Haywood, it’s a 2000/Z serial.
Z serials were 2006/7 a 2000 should be a P, K or Y.
If it’s a 2006 Z then I would expect a “Samoa” version of box set with flat, pale green outer and ripple-top inner.

Can’t remember but are the later 14060 not all M models(modified) or did they still have some with unmodified movements?

Yes it’s a Z serial 14060m, two liner.
I’m hesitant to get a box from eBay. One in particular had the warranty card from a 116610 and contained the serial number.
That’s the box from my Z serial Sub
