    New Steinhart for me!

    Hey all,
Been looking at one of these for ages. Procrastinating about pros and cons etc etc.

Anyway following Matt68 sales post and discovering he lives down the road from me I took the plunge.

What a great watch! Certainly feels more premium than the price suggests, to me.

Looks great, is comfortable on the wrist and the bracelet has loads of micro adjust to get a good fit.

All in all a great buy!

In the market of homage watches I think steinhart are right up there respectfully. Good job!

looks great - and the quality/price/value for money is there - and guess what, you can wear it without worrying rather than keeping it in a box in a dark room with the stickers still attached to only be brought out on the odd occasion

    Absolutely!
My speedie pro gets worn, my PO gets worn, my tissot gets worn, seikos... Worn.

Honestly if I had the disposable I'd wait it out and get a Rolex gmt, and guess what, it would get worn, scratched bumped etc.

Get what your like and use it!

God forbid it'll lose a bit of value!

Love my 39mm Steinhart GMT. Never worn it on the original bracelet though.

If the OP’s had been the smaller size I’d have snapped it up in a heartbeat. May just have to buy a new one some day soon.

Congrats on your purchase, I have a 39mm in green, it's my summer beach/pool watch and sometimes (like today) my work watch
