Incoming - a warm tone timepiece

Decided to sell my PP5711 and Hulk to cash out on the current crazy market and use the profit to get this piece. I’ve owned the 2 watches for over 10 years and it would be crazy not to capitalise on the sky high prices and demand.

Collected the watch last Saturday and I ’m happy with this purchase (plus some good spare profit left). Rolex’s first full rose gold GMT Master II indeed is a beauty.

    Thanks for looking

    Cheers

    James

Good looker, but I have to ask. Isn't it too big for you OP?

From the picture the lugs seem to hang over your wrist.

Looks a lot more subtle on the wrist than in the glossy pictures on the Rolex website!

The PM GMTs are my very favourite watches in the current Rolex line-up. I got the WG blue dial version a few weeks back and just adore it. Congratulations on a transaction with a very acceptable outcome.

Well played, I can well see the point in cashing out while the market is in this state.
The rose GMT is one of my favourite pm rolexes. Lovely tone to it as said, enjoy!

Nice pick up James - to think this was bought with only the profits of the sales. Madness! Enjoy!

Lovely watch. Congrats. You can spend the leftover cash on bulking up in the gym!

Thanks and yes there’re buyers out there who are willing to pay crazy premiums for preowned PP and Rolex..I’m not complaining but it’s just irrational.

That's a corker! Still yet to see one in the 'flesh', but would love to try one on.

This is the only Rolex two tone I like.

I was offered the new two tone Sea Dweller, but was a bit too bling.

It is not two tone if you are referring to OP’s watch.

    Lovely watch, OP👍
