Hi I know a few of you have these machines, I have an issue with my easm4200.
Normally when the machine is turned on or off, it cleans itself by putting hot water out.
I made a coffee tonight but there wasn't enough water in the tank to complete the self clean turn off process.
I filled the tank up after, but now when I turn in the machine on there is no water coming out during start up, but the shut down process is as normal.
Anyone else had this happen or know what I need to do to get the start up process back to normal?

Only thing you could try (if you haven't already) is switching off at the wall, leaving it for a few mins and start again.
Mine needed de-scaling the weekend as the red light had come on.
After de-scale and rinse the red light was still on.
Numerous dummy de-scales (no de-scaling solution) rinses, power on/offs at plug, and hours later, the light finally went off.
Keep trying I think they are temperamental.
Air lock.
Turn it over to hot water and run that until you get water out of the steam wand.
This seems to have helped. Put the water through the wand and it was spitting air out for a good 45-60 seconds.Originally Posted by Captain Morgan
