Ryan Gosling - The Grey Man - Tag Heuer

I see Mr. Gosling is sporting a grey dial 39mm Tag for his new role.
He's normally a Rolex guy but must have been offered some nice cash to rep for Tag!

Indeed. It’s a tremendously dull watch and obviously the product of tag heuer throwing money at the film.

It may well be a dull watch but it was the highlight of the film for me, what a load of unbelievable old tosh!

He’s been with TAG Heuer since autumn last year if I recall correctly

The whole way through that film I was wondering, ‘What is that incredibly generic looking watch he’s wearing, it has no distinctive features at all and is completely unidentifiable, is it a prop watch like in Drive?’ So maybe not the best advert for the brand from that point of view, but at least they can claim it survived the stunts.

The film posters are all over the Tag store near me. I enjoyed the film but agree its a very generic plot and ridiculous the whole way through.

Well I loved the film. A great break from worthy, generic pap like modern bond and bourne. I put this down purely to Chris Evans wonderfully unhinged bad guy. A great protagonist needs a great antagonist and this had that in spades.
Could it have been better? Of course. But it was fun and that’s not common in action movies any more.

The tag though? Yeah that was pretty meh.
