My PAM 111 is in need of a service and, having heard stories of Richemont service centre, I’m hoping to find a local who could service and change mainspring.

Ditto, I’m around the corner and used them for a battery change on my wife’s tag...the watch stopped working after a few weeks. Could be unrelated to anything they did but my general impressions of them weren’t great.

Great guy to deal with and I've referred a couple of friends to get their watches serviced/repaired by M&J - plus he's on the forum too!
