Anyone recommend Panerai service in Herts

My PAM 111 is in need of a service and, having heard stories of Richemont service centre, I’m hoping to find a local who could service and change mainspring.
I’m in Barnet by M25. If anyone can recommend someone fairly local I’d be grateful.
    Thanks for looking

Have you tried Antique and Modern in East Barnet Village? I can’t vouch for their Panerai skills but they are properly trained watch repairers and did a good job on a vintage piece for me.

I live just round the corner and had a bad experience with them, trying to charge for unnecessary work. Wouldn’t go back on principle.

    Fair enough, that’s worth knowing.

If you do find somewhere let me know, I’m pretty close as well :).

Ditto, I’m around the corner and used them for a battery change on my wife’s tag...the watch stopped working after a few weeks. Could be unrelated to anything they did but my general impressions of them weren’t great.

Go to London and TicToc man in Hatton Garden. Very good and reasonable.

    Try Duncan, thewatchbloke
He looked at a Submersible for me recently. There is a waiting list to endure but worth checking out, nonetheless.

I used Duncan, he fixed my wife's 114 - did an excellent job!

Great guy to deal with and I've referred a couple of friends to get their watches serviced/repaired by M&J - plus he's on the forum too!

Is this MarcJ? If so, bought my Rubber B strap from him, good guy. Didn’t even realise he did servicing.

    Cheers
