Just these two this one for me, I think.
ETA : Duh, of course that's the GMT hand, NOT the second hand!
I have a couple with yellow second hands too.
This one, though, now I think about it, started life Orange, but like many of these has faded to yellow.
For a short while, I owned the 'reissue' as well

Hi
It’s the grey series turtle. It was a European limited edition I think so you’d have to get one on the second hand market. The dial is lovely. I’d highly recommend Turtles, they’re great value for money.
Looks great on a nato too. Some more pics for you

One of many

I'd hate to be with you when you're on your own.
I like a bright second hand
This second had has faded over the years but it is still orange.
If we are including hand tips then I have these...
If you are going to include orange / red hands, that’s another load of watches to photograph.
Modded Seiko 7A38-7270 I built a few years back.
That wrist shot doesn't show it particularly well, but the chrono' sweep hand is orange and the constant seconds (6 o'clock sub-dial) is red:

A few from my Instagram;
Not a second hand but you can’t really dismiss the red GMT on the EXP2
Subtle date indicator
SMP
Vostok
And finally the lovely chrono seconds on the Seagull 1963 reissue

A few chronographs with a bit of red ...
IWC has been flipped, but others remain.

Any love for the Nomos models?
I've often been tempted myself . . . .
Some of them. Specially like SRPB13

Can anyone tell me what's the difference between a seconds- and main chrono hand?
"A man of little significance"
Recent acquisition and still lovin' it! (Rubbish photo, obv!)

Okay, not technically a seconds hand but can be used as such.
The Smiths

Never seen another of these Stowa cal.12 chronos.
Some great watches in this thread. I have a few but this is my oldest one.
