IWC ingeneiur for most of the week having not worn in an age. Probably weekend too. HAGWE!!!
What better way to celebrate my 1000th post, than to wear this Friday the watch that started all this madness for me, my old faithful Sub 16610, bought new by me in 1990, from Hettich in Jersey.
At the time, I had to place the order and wait over 6 months for it as apparently 'all those ladies from Italy are snapping them up as a fashion accessory'...nothing changes eh?

Citizen Promaster in full titanium glory this week.
Be safe out on the roads everyone. It's a bit wet, wild and windy today.

Bead blasted full metal G today - I’m spending much of the day gardening and spannering, so it seems sensible...
Who needs fully lumed batons on a DJ. Sometimes less is more.
Haven`t worn this for ages, it's on the 'needs a service this summer' list, thought I`d give it an airing.
I`d forgotten how much I like it, it's a lesson to Rolex in how to do bimetal bracelets tastefully without looking shouty!

Givin it large today.
It might have been more prudent to wear something a bit more water proof today!
Have a good weekend all.

After waiting with anticipation for a while, I have just received this, so it's a good coincidence it came today for the Friday thread:
In my career so far, I have generally stayed clear of Squadron watches but I couldn't miss this one because of its understated design and the fact that it has been my favourite tour. Limited run of 32, I chose my callsign number and it has service number (which I've blurred). I'm lead to believe Tudor are really restricting their custom watches and we are one of the first.
That deserves a thread of it's own!
Where is the service number located, the lugs?
My Friday, and everyday everywhere watch.
Have a great weekend all.
Yesterday's photo but as it hasn't stopped raining since I took it I'd rather cheer myself up with a sunny photo.
Have a lovely, stress free weekend everyone.
Final day at the Summer house, back home tomorrow.
