    New Steinhart Triton

tbh I don't think this looks too bad....

Could do with an English spell checker on their product page though ;-)

I like it. There are also blue and black versions and a big brother in black/orange.

I do prefer it in blue, but also just noticed that its 45mm

    Too big for my wrist

    Not for me:

    • It's green
    • Hex bolts on the lugs
    • Hex bolts on the lugs that stick out past the strap
    • Skeleton hands
    • Skeleton lollipop on the seconds hand
    • Striped central inner dial
    • Date at 6
    • 15mm height
    • 45mm diameter

    Sorry.

Publicity photos with a misaligned chapter ring don't give me confidence in the watch!

It looks to me more like the camera angle to be fair

I don't like the watch though...

I wonder how many Titon's they sell compared to the "homage" watches?

I like it too, particularly in blue. Though I’d prefer it in titanium.

    Prefer the blue version.

I do like Tritons. I guess they must still be popular.

    I think there’s a market segment for Steinhart’s amazing bang-for-buck that doesn’t involve homages.

I’ve never liked homages, but have a Steinhart marine watch. It’s one of the most accurate automatics I’ve ever had and beautifully built too

I owned one a few years ago. Very well engineered watch TBH. At that price point Seiko probably have similar models.
