Final update about Eddie: he's back at home!

Eddie's operation took place yesterday and the surgeon in charge has deemed it to have been successful.

Eddie will now spend a couple of days in the critical care unit whilst he's monitored and then hopefully will be moved to a high dependancy unit for a further five days.

He's in a lot of post-op discomfort, but no more grumpy than usual so progressing well I'd say.

Friday 9th update.

Eddie is remaining in the critical care unit for further monitoring.

Tuesday 13th update

Eddie has been discharged from hospital and is now back at home.
