Stolen watch - Linde Werdelin Oktopus Moon Tattoo #7/59 in Marbella, Spain

A few may have seen this on IG from 'Watchonthewrist' having his Linde Werdelin stolen in Marbella. Someone I know personally and pretty sad to hear about. Taken off his wrist while in his car. A relatively unusual watch, so fingers crossed it turns up somewhere. A watch pic -

And more info here if anyone interested - https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/luxe...781.html#p5792

Stay safe while on holiday folks.....

Dumb thief - difficult to sell/service.

Most thieves are chancers - probably just looked 'expensive'.

    Sad news.

probably worth posting this bit so you know how they did it and maybe wont be caught out.

Ron told us that the watch was stolen directly from his wrist when he was stuck in a traffic jam. A scooter bumped into his car mirror, and when he wanted to adjust it again and opened the window someone grabbed his wrist and took the watch. Ron suspects that it is a gang there who are looking for APs and Rolex etc, and have mistakenly taken the LW for a AP 😬.

Wouldn’t work in the UK! Unless you wear your watch on your right wrist of course!
