    Seiko's on Wish.com

Anybody brave enough to buy one of these : https://www.wish.com/search/seiko/pr...&source=search

If anyone makes the purchase I'm sure we'd all be interested to see what you receive :)

Hah, not a chance. I looked through the reviews. Many of them have the smell of fakery or shilling. But this one seemed all too honest:

Obviously a copy. Low grade steel. Not an automatic movement. Basic miyota movement.(Quartz) No cyclops window as illustrated. Ok for money. Go for orkina product top notch! Ok I've been in the watch trade all my life.
Don't know what "orkina product" is but the review seems all too plausible.

Is this really just an outlet for fakes?

    Fakery on Wish...

For those who don't want to watch it all, the graphics card he bought was a very old card re-heatsinked and some software on it to make the computer think it was the real deal. Very, very fake therefore.

Wish appears to be a place to sell fakes and even when they're real, they're lower quality versions of what the brand sells elsewhere (sometimes the brand is actually party to this).

One of the managers where my wife works is always buying rubbish off wish.com, usually a survival tool, cheap watch or mini crossbow he also bought himself and his mother a taser for Christmas. Not sure how you can buy that in the Uk but all apparently available on wish straight from China

YouTuber 'Just one more watch' guy reviewed a fake sarb033 that he bought on wish. Here's the video. The watch looks truly awful

The more who report the better. I think that eBay also use an automated reputation score for reporters. E.g. The you report where others with a high reputation agree, the higher your own reputation will become (or something like that).

In addition, I have noticed that eBay (or their algorithm) seem very unwilling to delist items that have already received bids. It's almost as if eBay would prefer to get the commission...
