New Sinn EuroFlieger (limited Japanese edition)

You may remember my Sinn 356 EuroFlieger, about which I wote about here: https://forum.tz-uk.com/showthread.p...ut-it-s-German

In 2007, there was the EuroFlieger II:

Last week on a Japanese website I came across a new version, of which only 100 will be produced:

    As I understand it's a (180 degrees rotated) 356 again, not the bigger 358.

My original edition deserves more wrist time and I like it much better than the two later ones!

Very nice, the original has a purity to it, clean easy to read, very Sinn
The bright yellow sub dial looks great but not sure of the EurofighterIII text.

New version is no where near as nice as the originals.

I occasionally search eBay in the hope of a reasonably priced one, or the first Beams 556.

I love the original, it's so crisp and definitely a Sinn! Beautiful.

On Chronos24. A little pricey plus whatever import / handling charges apply. But really crisp and legible, in the usual Sinn way.

Sent through the ether by diddling with radio waves

They have changed the colour of the hands. The original was all about the colour of those hands. I wish they’d just reissue the original as a non limited edition. I remember when this watch first came out and it has remained one of my favourite Sinns, even though my preference is for watches with bezels.
