Check the side profile of the part you have as one has a pinion and one doesn't. I would suspect it is the one with pinion you are missing based on the picture of the movement.
I’m coaxing an EB8420/8423 chrono back to life at the moment.
It’s now just missing one of the wheels which I’m not entirely sure of its name so I can source a replacement.
It’s shown in the pic below:
I’ve got a spec sheet for an EB8423 from here:

I *think* it’s part no. 8060 which is the driving wheel but it might be 8061 the intermediate one.
Any help appreciated.

Thanks. There is a shaft for it to sit on.
All the movement pictures I can find have the runner spring in place which obscures it.
