Yes, I have a water-rower at home. I also use the concept 2 when at work (it’s what we have in the gym). I started doing it about 5 years ago, as it is low impact (I have a bad knee - running and football was my thing when younger).
At home I put on a bbc or Netflix documentary and watch it while doing 5k.
I find it just right in terms of being hard enough to feel some results, but easy enough I don’t try to avoid doing it!
