Which begs the question, why not just accept a replacement? You don't need to use the touchscreen. Most of these devices have one. Like this one:

I haven't really used the pen, and rarely use the tent/tablet feature.
Anyway, despite a speaker failing, I have been very happy with this laptop. It's SUPER quick to boot and use..., display is beautiful.
Amazon are giving me a full refund because one of the speaker's has failed, - so I now looking for an equivilent. Must be reliable, have SSD hard drive, 4k screen, a lot of memory and very reliable...

Amazon can't replace it as they haven't got stock. I just figured that if I do without the tablet capability etc I might save myself a few hundred quid..
