In certain former French colonies it is common to give a child the name of the saint on whose day the baby was born - Edouard for January 5th, Diane for June 9th, etc.
There are people who were born on 14th July named Fêtenat, as their parents (possibly illiterate) looked on the calendar to find the appropriate saint's name and simply copied down what they saw.
