The best possible strap? Has to be John Glance in Munich.

He does a range of standard straps for the speedmaster at around Euro 200 each

    https://dangerous9straps.com/product...y/brand/omega/

But if you want the absolute best, then a custom one with a curved end, so there's no little gaps to fill with dust between the strap and case, and a curved profile (because no one has a flat wrist), quite possibly from layered teju as it has a hign (or it might be low) calcium content that means it ages well and last a long time.

Not on a speedmaster, but below pics show what you can get if you don't mind paying Euro 400.

Certainly not as amusing as your SC Kickers thread.

This doesn't look like €400 stitching...

A speedie is classic enough that it will go on almost anything bar fluro silicon.

Just arrived via RMSD; fitted with the black Omega Nato, which seems a fair place to start.
This is from SC; less than two years old, excellent condition, all the trimmings and an extra Omega NATO thrown in. £2,375. That’s the advantage of SC. Good people, good prices.

Agreed, mine has just arrived from Pavel after recommendations to me on here a couple of weeks ago. Thanks for the pointers and thanks to Pavel for a great looking strap and good service.

Hand stitched rather than done on a machine.

I have just ordered one of these in white.
Will be interesting to see how they compare with the Kizzi Strap.

I'm currently wearing mine on a 'Speedy Tuesday' style, but it suits such a wide range of straps. Not yet tried it on a bracelet, but I'd quite like a 1171.

Also think it looks good on an MN strap, might order a black one with a wite stripe.

Not my favourite strap but a good different choice. White Horus strap. Definently not worth the money but very comfortable as it it silicone.

I wear my Speedy on all sorts of straps as it’s so forgiving, currently on the Kizzi Velcro.

Love it on black leather with white stitching.

Also works well on a straight black NATO.

Sometimes though it needs to go back on its original 1171.

You can put a Speedy on almost anything.

I have a few favourites, but the only photo I can find at the moment is this:

It's on a GasGasBones Horween Shell Cordovan, and almost in focus. Sorry. Otherwise, I like mine on a Nato or the Omega Rallye strap, with deployant.
Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

Not a Pro, but pretty much any strap works. I personally use my FOIS as my work watch and therefore keep it on black leather to match other “accessories”.

This just landed on the door step
It’s a lot more stuff than the Kizzi but we will see how it is after a bit of breaking in

Are you implying I am a mucky pup?

    It’s machine washable
But you are correct it will be grubby pretty soon.

Is that the mesh usually found on the ploprof? I'm considering trying it on my seamaster.

Yes but it is 24mm on the PP, that is the 20mm version. Here it is on an SMP:

You need: 020ST1380237 ie the 1380/237

Yes, just as Padders mentioned above. I’ve had it years. I bought it from cousins. No idea if they’re still available though. I’ve had mine on a Seamaster, Planet ocean, speedmaster and even my Sub LV 

I’m liking that. I may just order one. Or maybe 2 I like the look of the grey one too.

    Edit - ordered

Cheers both I really like the idea of the mesh so I think I'll give it a try.
