Anyone who has a virgin media account be on the look out for this email. The guy at virgin said it's catching a few people out due to the fact it looks very convincing.
The content will basically say that they're system has detect a problem with you payment method and to update the details via a link. Every part of the email looks very convincing, if you should receive one contact Virgin and they will give you an email address to forward it to.
