    Caseback adjustment

One of my divers is causing a bit if irritation, one of the notches for the removing the back is sitting right where an old scar is. I'm guessing counter clockwise is likely to reduce water resistance, will tightening it further cause any problems?

Hard to tell without knowing how tight it is already. Eventually overtightening the caseback could distort the gasket/seal, unless it is a flange style design like the Vostok Amphibia or original Fifty Fathoms.

Make a caseback sticker to cover it., try different materials, or can you fill the void with a product?

Sorted. Popped the case back off, and back on (different orientation) so the offending part is now sitting differently.

“Screwed the back out of it” would just invite innuendo.

    Poped?

Isn't it people further down the hierarchy who screw the backs out of things, usually?
