    Watch with yellow hands?

May I tap into your collective knowledge please? I seek recommendations for a watch with bright yellow hands...

Call me strange if you wish, but I love the look - ideally accompanied by a black face & black waterproof case, though these elements are of less importance.

My approximate (though flexible) budget is £500 and I enjoy a pre-loved deal.

Thanks for any suggestions and guidance

Sinn Euro Flieger II fits the bill, but I think it was a Japan-only LE??

EDIT: Oh - just spotted your budget. I think these are around the £1300 - £1500 mark when I've seen them for sale.

Have a look at Scurfa watches. They do a few models with yellow/orange hands. https://www.scurfawatches.com/produc...e-d1-500-blue/

Again - terrific thank you. I'm going to struggle between the Scurfa and the Tissot

I own one of these but I'm going to guess it's not quite what you're after :D

I've always quite liked the single yellow hand on the Damasko DA36. Perhaps too subtle? I think the fact it's not all yellow makes it, counterintuitively, both more striking and subtler at the same time.

Prices have shot up a bit since Eddie was their UK distributor, but they come up for sale used now and then for under £600. And these Damasko ice-hardened cases have a reputation for never picking up any signs of wear unless you take a sledge hammer to them.

Interesting, and reminds me of a watch I bought from a black market in Leningrad (as it was in 1989). 2 hours after winding and setting it, it was wrong by 4 hours and I realised the hands were moving in the wrong direction. Bit of a hint at the way the communist state was heading I guess!

Very nice watch indeed, but I'm afraid not brash enough for me

While I appreciate the strengths of G-Shocks, I'm afraid its too big and too brash for me!

I've looked up a couple of reviews on the Scurfa and think I'm going to order myself one - just mildly concerned about the 14.4mm height, which is bigger than any watch I've had. Only time will tell and I'll post images and thoughts when it arrives. Cheers all!

I've not owned a Scurfa myself but I've been very tempted to try one. They come up on SC occasionally and I dare say I'll try one when the time is right. They look like solid watches to me. I hope you enjoy it.

I like that Scurfa but I'm afraid the name sounds like something that would have you scuttling to the nearest special clinic.

Not quite what you are after I suppose but this galaxy watch face is great. It looks "real" rather than electronic and is easy to read. The hands are brighter yellow than the photo shows.

+1 for the Scurfa, bought mine in 2016 and just had battery replaced and pressure tested, chap who did it commented on how well the watch was built. Cheers, John B4

Not far out of budget at 750 Euro and seems to offer a 10% discount + free strap when you view.

    Watch with yellow hands?

OP update: I contacted Scurfa to see if they could provide a black case version with yellow hands, but alas they can only offer black case with orange hands.
So after a Saturday of surfing I’ve ended up buying something contrary to my original specification (and not even with yellow hands!). Looking forward to receiving my Seiko Save The Ocean Samurai SRPD09K1 this week

What about the Tudor North Flag?. Admittedly a bit over budget but is an under appreciated classic and a lot of watch for the money.
