The absolute dogs b for me. Two issues - I get the whole recreation but I wish it was display and not solid. As for price - crazy and will probably go for more.

Well spotted - top 3 for the only watches for me.

Looks like a Tutima IMHO. I'm a big fan of Breguet but not this one

It's a beauty. I find it much more handsome than the uber shiny Type XX they sell now. Love the crown.

Perhaps they will make a more reasonably priced version for the peasants (such as myself) someday.

It's a faithful recreation of the original Type 20. This one is from 1955.

Not my watch or photo. I wish it was my watch though.

AD in the papers this weekend has an Only Watch Global road show. London some time in October (think 17-19, but can confirm if anyone is interested).

It would be good chance to see some of these one offs in the flesh

That is a very strange position to adopt when there is a clear photo above showing that it is the legitimate son of Breguet's own Type 20, which pre-dates any Zenith military chrono and is from the same decade as the original BP AC.
What is more, Breguet have even used the right movement and kept it in the right sized case.
I personally think it is beautiful, and resembles nothing more than the Breguet it tributes.

    ^^^this, absolutely.
I’m also taken by some of the newer Dodane watches.

Cool, was just a first impression not having your historical knowledge.
