Time to cull a diver from the collection

I only have two, a seiko mm300 sbdx 017 and Tudor Harrods black bay. I don’t wear divers that much and it’s time to let one go. If you could only keep one what would you choose?

That's quite a dilemma. Both v appealing. I'd keep em both. But gun to my head, the Seiko would go. Its height just makes it less versatile.

I would shift the Harrods Black Bay. The MM300 is a fantastic watch.

Neither my favourites sell the pair, buy a nice Omega SMP, much more wearable IMHO

Sell both and buy a Black Bay 58.

I do like both of yours OP but I agree with this comment about an SMP. I was looking at them the other day and there's some belters in the range.

    Ditch the Tudor.

Or sell both and get the SLA021 which is the new SBDX017 with sapphire crystal and ceramic bezel.

Although both divers very different watches. I like both but probably wouldn't buy either, but only because there are plenty I prefer at that price range. You probably know deep down which one is the keeper but still a tough choice!

Enough waffle, which one do you wear the most? I find that's the only way to choose sometimes.

Like others, I would ditch the Tudor, probably an easy sell as well.

I'd agree with this; more modest case size making it more wearable.

    Can't disagree with that IMHO.

The SLA021 is a belter, my local AD has one in too. That said my 17 has a sapphire crystal fitted and I don't think its worth the extra to change.

That's a good point, I have hardly worth them as I mostly wear GMTs for work. Will wack the Seiko on for a few days again with strap change. The tudor only got worn once thinking about it.

Given that you've only worn the Tudor once, I'd ditch that.

However I guess it depends which you wear and like, if neither then maybe consider selling both?

FWIW I wouldn't buy the SLA brand new. Not a chance. Via SC would be my preferred option.

If you do not need any money sell both and consolidate to something new :)

I wasn’t a fan if the sea master, however the new ceramic dialled variants are rather eye catching.
