    Manuka honey

Anyone done his research and trial and errors on this type of honey to express their opinion?
What is a good source online?
Did you see any actual benefits ?

    Thanks

Never used it myself, I've heard some people have good results, I've also heard most of the stuff marketed is fake.

My wife uses Maunka Honey. She’ll find that most interesting, thanks.

My mum swore by it when she was having radiotherapy, it helped massively with the burns. We have also found it works really well on sore throats.
    Cheers

My father had bowel cancer a few years back and he swears that the stuff pulled him through and put him on the road to recovery post op. Still uses it every day and has been remarkably healthy since! I know he gets it from M&S and it isn't cheap. I'll see if I can get a pic of the jar when I visit him tomorrow.

Also just to add, I have seen remarkable healing results on wounds on horses by using this honey, recently we used it on a cut in one of our horses mouths and it healed completely and quickly.

Some NZ guys on a stall in Borough Market told my wife they couldn't believe how much people paid for the stuff here. In NZ it is just a cheap everyday honey. They said it was no better or worse than any other.

Mrs and I use it preventatively (a couple of tea spoons with hot tea two, three times a day) when everybody start sniffling and coughing alongside 500mg of Vit C once or twice daily which usually does the trick.

Usually buying from Amazon 20+. And yes, IMO it does work.
