Photo of the watch please Tom, showing the strap too if possible?
I have a massive bag full of broken vintage Seiko bracelets, I might have spare links if nothing else...
Being the watch lover in the family my dad gave me a watch that he had bought some 30 years ago in Hong Kong as a gift for my late grandfather.
The problem is, the bracelet is too small and having made enquiries with Seiko, there is no chance of picking up links to adjust it.
Therefore I am on the lookout for a bracelet for a Seiko 5 7009-4000. Any got any ideas?

A clasp extender will give you an extra 20mm or so.
I have a vintage Seiko strap at home with 18mm or 19mm lug width. But can I assume you have endlinks if you have a bracelet but it's too short? If so, let me know the dimension of the gap in the end link for the bracelet link, and also the minimum strap length you need, and if these measurements match up I'll pop it in the post for you. Fair bit of stretch in it, but it's clean and looks good.
Well I've measured the bracelet, the gaps in the endlinks to link it to the bracelet are 8mm, and the bracelet is approximately 170mm long. Seiko embossed clasp, great for a vintage 5. If its any use Tom(?) message me with your details and I'll post it gratis.
