Seiko PADI Diver. Lume query

The lume on the bezel insert is green versus the cool blue of the dial, but should the minute hand and hour hand also have different coloured lume?

Just noticed that mine does, and I’m not sure if it’s intentional or not. What’s everyone else’s look like please?IMG_7821.JPG
