Good to see this has swung it for a few people.
Hopefully the momentum will continue and this will see full funding.

I'm now very optimistic about this reaching its target....8 days, less than 10k and a steady addition of new pledges. Excellent stuff!

Within £6k of the target now, if anyone is still on the fence it is the time to decide. Kickstarter is an all or nothing funding source, 98% is not enough

Only 18 pieces left and a week left to run on the campaign. Seems likely that this will go ahead. Which is nice.

I'm glad it's going to make it, but I now have the problem of deciding what combo I want.

I thought I was set on silver dial, but I'm not mad-keen on the GMT bezel? Do I need to buy a black countdown bezel as well? Would it look better with date or no date? I love the idea of black/date, but I have so many black dial divers already?

    AaaghhÖ it's agony

As much as I love a date, and generally need one at work because I've the memory of a gokdfish, I just find the numbers stacked on top to be a bit odd. A bit like the ND sub, I think this looks great as a no nonsense functional diver, sorry, sports watch. Like you I like the silver as already have many black and blue, but while I like the idea of a GMT function, it's purely for one location, and it's not hard for me to add or subtract 8, so a 60 minute bezel would be much more useful.

I decided to pledge and get this beauty over the line!!

First time I have ever done a Kickstarter, but I feel safe in Ewan's hands.

  19. #69
    Made it!!

    Congratulations Ewan.

Looking forward to the end product.

Congratulations Ewan and team, this is how all kickstarters should be run, super professional. I am sure that the 71 will be equally as well received as the 6bb.

My 2nd Kickstarter and both with Newmark.
easy decision for me, Blue dial with Blue 12hr bezel and no date.

  24. #74
My first 'Kickstarter' and also an easy choice for me: Blue with 60-minute bezel and a date.

I also like the silver faced one which could become a problem between now and final order time! Can't we lock it in now and get on with production? I do assume that is not how 'Kickstarter' works though.

As an aside, I messaged a few friends with a view to getting them to invest (at the point when funding seemed to have stalled) and one of them replied that he thought the watch was ugly and used an antique movement! But, he does wear an Apple watch so what does he now - Heathen!

Stating to mull over the options now... silver no date is still a front runner.

    Playing around with ideas......

    I'm definitely going Blue.
Need to decide 60min or 12hour and date or no date.....

Oh anyone know what the box/packaging will be? @ewan.w any hints?

I am really pleased this made it over the line. Looking forward to getting it. (Blue, no-date, 0-60 bezel for me)

It was the blue that got my attention initially and pretty certain Iíll stick with it, even though the silver is looking pretty stunning too!

Blue, no date, 60 minute dial. Probably!

Either way, itís s great dilemma to have and Iím delighted itís going ahead.

Silver no date for me.....I've had/got enough black and blue bezels and fancy a change.

  30. #80
Could you have a silver dial with the blue bezel? wonder what that would look like... anyone willing to give it a go like the ones on the last page?

Oh dear, that has complicated life rather I like the black bezel version on the silver dial, but I wouldn't object to the blue either. Thanks for doing the renders now I wonder if Ewan will do these modifications?

He seemed to imply he'd mix the bezels around if wanted. Certainly the steel onto blue and black.

He has certainly said a black sapphire bezel on the silver dial wouldn't be a problem.

I had originally thought the silver dial to be a bit different. Then I thought the black dial to be more traditional. Now I think the blue dial because it looks so good. The only constant is that it will be a non-date. Fortunately, there's plenty of time for my indecisiveness to mature.

If anyone is interested - 1 person appears to have backed out and there has one that has become available.

If you thought you'd missed out snap this one up quick!!! 🙂

I have already pledged for one. It doesnít seem straightforward to add another one even though there is one now available. I tried updating my pledge by doubling it, but it then didnít assign the available one to me (so I changed it back again).

Just a heads up - some other people have backed out - so I think there's 6 what are available - if you were on the fence and thought you had missed out here's a 'last chance' to get one

Very glad to see that this has funded.

Tough choice though, between the black no-date, 60-minute bezel and the silver, no-date, 12-hour steel bezel. Or the silver, no-date, 60-minute black bezel.

    Decisions, decisions!

Thanks for the mock-ups. This blue / stainless combination is the one that will get me reaching for my wallet when deciding on extra bezel options.
