Its a honest watch about its money , I would see if you can get a discount , as it looks like filth and will need a service.
Dial looks correct ( need close up to confirm) and hands, but the crown is wrong in my amature opinion , you will need to check other case pics to get the correct one or a service replacement.
Just cross reference the movement serial number with the case ref to check on year of manufacture.
Is it running any grinding from bumper rotor ? Hands adjust ok
From what I have read they are usually OK on the rotor
