Oops I did it again....... Breitling Aerospace Night mission.

After being without an Aerospace for a couple of months, I’ve missed having one. The Quartz “grab and go” had been covered with the Colt Skyracer but I’ve not worn that often either.

So I’ve sold that and bought yet another Aerospace. My 9th IIRC....

Got a decent deal so thought I should have another go, I’m sure I won’t lose out if I shift it on.

My second Evo night mission but the first one was the yellow dial, this is a lot more muted and with the fabric strap and deployant has a great fit. I do like these on rubber though....

Let’s see how long I keep this one for...... long enough to put it on rubber??

How does the black finish hold up on the night mission?

I much prefer the look but am conscious they can't be refinished?

I wear mine a lot, and the finish is holding up pretty well. I think mine has one trivial mark. As you say they can’t be refinished, but they do look much more awesome than the standard version.

I love the fabric strap and deployant, and wouldn’t consider anything else.

I agonised for ever before getting one, and regarded the NM as too expensive over the standard one. I was offered mine at a great price, and wouldn’t be without it now

Madness, 9 times!!! Though I guess they must all feel different in the various guises. Having a quartz grab and go is a must in the collection. Enjoy!

If I had the funds then I'd have one of these straight away. The design of the face/case combined with that strap just works. Hopefully I'll find a few grand behind the sofa🙄

My god the branding on the rubber strap on one of your previous ones was aggressive.

It’s actually really cool to see how a model changes over various releases yet retains its design language. I particularly like how Breitling are not afraid from a bit of colour!!!

It’s still a slim watch though, even now at 43mm, so slips under a cuff easily.....

Being titanium it’s light as a feather as well....

    Awesome!!

The Night Mission is the best of the Aerospace models in my opinion, would have one in a heartbeat if I had the spare funds.

    Enjoy it!

Do you have any more info on this please? I've been looking for the Night Mission for ages and my AD said they've been discontinued but didn't have any information on a new model coming out to replace it. Even called Breitling a couple of times but they didn't have a clue, or at least pretended not to know!

I had given up hope and was about to purchase something else so any additional info would be great.

I’d like to hear more as well.

Always been a fan of the Aerospace and on my 6th one now. They wear so well

Unfortunately given my prior experience with a B50 Cockpit, I am very skeptical about the prospect of a new Aerospace with their so called “in house” movement that seems unreliable and can’t be regulated.

If anything the old ETA source Ana-Diago thermopcompensated movements were proven and reliable.

The B50 and B55 Exospace should ve approached with tons of caution!

Although I love the B55, its proprietary technology and battery are a risk. Think I will stick with my Aerospace
