Exactly. Can you imagine if VAR regularly starts giving decisions contrary to the original refs decisions? There’d be constant criticism of the state of the referees, something the PL wouldn’t want happening. I was watching the City game right in front of a huge screen in a bar and the penalty decision for Silva was ridiculous.

Unfortunately I reckon it’s here to stay so it’s just a case of getting used to it.
