    Holiday watch recommendations please?

Any ideas for a holiday watch for my wife? I have been given a few criteria:
    - No more than £300 or so
    - Ideally she could swim with it
    - No movement type preferred
    - Batons or pips rather than Roman or Arabic
    - Analogue

    Any suggestions appreciated

Are hybrid smart watches included? Withings do some good ones.

I'll take a look but probably not as she wears a Fitbit. Thanks though.

33 - 36 would be about right. Nothing too tiny anyway.

How about an SKX013, if she's happy to follow the vogue for women wearing chunkier sports watches? Little brother (sister?) of the SKX007. It's usually listed as a mid-size men's watch, but at 37mm it's unisex at best these days. SKX013K2 is the variant on a jubilee bracelet which dresses up and down. Change from £200 from Creation.

Good call! She's quite taken with it. Thanks!

I find myself unable to participate in this kind of threads as I find it difficult to give what I would consider ‘helpful’ recommendations without knowing the person in question but when I saw Seamasters response I was about to say that
it seemed bang on. Am glad you felt the same.

Great job. Just check she’s happy with the 13mm height.

That Seiko's a good call. If they did a white dial, I know someone who'd snap one up.

If you don't already know about it, take a look at the SKX027

Thanks for that, but I don't think she'd like the gold elements. Still looks nice though.

If you are looking for a small diver, you could do worse than looking at the Citizen EP6059. Looks like a ladies version of the BN0150 and Duty Free Island have them in stock for just under £130. I have a BN0151 and, if it is anywhere near as good as that, can thoroughly recommend it.

I got my missus a Tag Aqua racer from ebay pre-owned for about £280 I think. Twas in mint condition too so after the initial grumpy face for not blowing a grand in GoldSmiths she was happy enough.

The request was actually to find a watch for my wife, not me. And she very much liked one of the suggestions put forward above. Hopefully the skx will last her for many holidays to come.
