    PRS-21 crown issue

Have any other Voyager owners had a problem with the screw down crown? Mine has always been very temperamental when trying to screw it back in and now it flatly refuses to lock in place. I assume the threads have stripped which I’ve never experienced on a watch before.

I’m sure I’ve seen a similar comment on another thread at some point on the forum but for the life of me I can’t find it, even with advanced search.

If anyone has had this issue and had it repaired what was the outcome, a replacement crown or was it more complicated to fix?

Never had a problem with mine. Lightly push it in, turn anti-clockwise with a light pressure until a slight click then screw down, same as all my watches.

That’s the technique I’ve always used as well and I’ve never had a problem like this before. It’s been getting steadily worse over the last month or so and now seems to have given up the ghost.

Any recommendations for repair on this model? I may drop Brendan a pm.
