Oddly the DSSD is a watch that I have sort off owned 3 times. I bought an original black dial, sold it and bought a JC, then recently added the newer 126660 JC.
Admit that I wish I had never sold the original. Actually have never sold a watch and not regretted it after.

I've done this with a couple of mine.
One being my Breitling Aerospace which I bought and sold twice and tried buying a third time but it was not available.
The other being Speedmasters in general. I'm on my fourth now and can't see me selling again (although I thought that the other 3 times)

The Deepsea is the only watch I’ve wanted to buy a second time.
I bought one when they first came out- for £4,500 - sold that after 4 or 5 years of regular wears and now I have the current D-Blu which is a keeper.
I just love the over engineered solid feel of the DSSD.......I just wish when they released the new model they had taken the opportunity to get rid of the silly text that’s written around the dial- ie: gas escape valve blah blah. Still a fab watch though.

Sounds like a title for a James bond movie :)
Haven't owned same one twice yet but I do regret selling my sarb017..

DSSD is a watch worthy of being owned several times, though ideally it should never be sold once bought. I bought mine as soon as it was released and still have it today. One of the watches that gets worn more than most others. I think SD4000 is better in many respects but tend to wear the DSSD more. Like the D-Blue too but wear it less often and if I had to get rid of one, D-Blue would go first.

Bought this dress piece twice, two years apart, one with rose gold hands, the other with blue hands. They're part of my autumn/winter rotation.

Multi DSSD's seems to be a thing.

That was a bargain at that price , I bought one when they were first released from an AD , I am sure RRP was £5690 or near that figure ..could be wrong though might have been £4690.

I bought my black in 2010 IIRC and paid 5k with a discount. IIRC.
And mad enough to have each version of the JC now

I am on my third PRS25 Everest. I don't know why I sell them - I immediately start looking for another to replace it.

Stunning and one of the most attractive dive watches to have been made to date.

The two I have owned, sold and repurchased are a CWC Diver and 14060 the latter being buying the exact watch back.

Regards the DSSD, I have both the black and JC 116660 and absolutely lov ‘em with the black being the most worn watch in my collection along with a Fenix 5 Plus.

As already said the over engineered feel is the big appeal.

    Well done OP and enjoy.
