The last season was generally pretty poor. Why get Paddy M to review that Aston Martin?

Carnage a Trois pretty bad too.

They all seem to have run out of decent ideas.

I don’t need to watch a television programme to see dickheads in fast cars, I can do that on the road outside my house…

Should have been Harris. I had to fast forward through his AM part due to - well - him!

I have been watching; and really enjoying, Fifth Gear Recharged. It’s superb, mainly focusing on EVs or at least Hybrids which makes it far more relevant these days and you have decent presenters and not a bunch of clowns (Chris Harris excluded, he is very good). Paddy M makes TG an unwatchable farce for me, I cannot see any talent or appeal at all from him.

TBH, I think they have gone niche too early.

At least they have had some sort of new idea. I quite enjoy the presenting team actually, they are factual and verging on fun rather than racist oafs or an illiterate northern plonk like Paddy

Judging by the number of questions I get about EVs and the hybrids that have gone before it, they’re tapping into a rich seam of interest in what cars people will be driving over the next decade.

There are so many new releases coming out next year as well, I think they’ll be as busy as they want to be.

I watched both the TG Xmas special and the latest GT, fell asleep before the end of both of them, but maybe that was the fault of the port!

I enjoyed them both in their own way, I think there’s a tendency for old blokes to over analyse such stuff, and give them far more importance than they deserve!
