    Seiko Arnie....

Not sure if it's been discussed here...but really liking the look (& functionality) of this one...

    https://www.fratellowatches.com/seik...selworld-2019/

Only issue I have is with the 'Made in China' on the cheap looking laser eteched caseback and the push button lockers. Most probably, unlike the original Arnie (or a good old Aqualand), you will not be able to press these pushers while underwater. Which is a big shame, on a watch presenting itself as a real dive watch. I really hope I'm wrong as I would like to get one....

I think the only thing issing on this is a countdown timer
My first decent watch, a Seiko Digital from 1982 had a great timer, and I used it a lot.
The absence on this is a real downer, as it is on all Suuntos.

Yes. Great feature I use on all my G shocks.

What I don't like is the cheap laser Engraved caseback, produly sporting 'Made in China' & more so...the screwed down pushers, which would ultimately almost surely mean 'pushers not to be pressed underwater'. This would eb a shame and certainly detract from the seriousness of the watch. I love timing deco stops on my Aqualand :)....

Having proudly owned the original Annie H558 I’ll definitely be getting one of these, not seen any for sale yet?

Think they're being released in September this year.

They look fantastic and not too expensive either. The pusher issue wouldn't bother me at all as I find I can't boil eggs under water.

Annoying Seiko have returned the watch to their London Boutique not serviced as they cannot source the parts.

Wish they did change the battery and at least done a pressure test on the WR.

Having the watch posted back & in contact with the service centre to find out what they couldn’t source. Back to the drawing board on where to go next with this watch.

I presume it’s fully working? Surly someone here can change the gaskets and pressure test it
    It’s a pretty bulletproof movement
I’m expecting the imminent return of mine - new am shroud awaiting
