    New GS spring drive SBGA415

Love the dial on this, better than the snowflake.

That's one spectacular dial! Would be better without the power reserve though(IMO of course).

Looks lovely, like the capped seconds hand although would've nicer if the seconds hand were gold. I see the last option has the blued seconds hand but not capped or as nicely done as the Snowflake for some reason.

Difficult to tell but could the case be the same as the elusive Blizzard? Perfect size.

Yes that's the 62GS case, so it's probably titanium. Is this JDM only?

I love that dial so much.
Hoping not to see any more nice GS as I need to take it easy with watch buying.

Y’all seeing the four different models there, right? Four different dials...

“Winter” would be my pick, love the blued seconds hand and the richness of the rice pudding clouds 👍

I love the cloud dial but the power-reserve "dial" totally ruins it for me. It would be 100% better with a completely clean dial.

If you don't like the power reserve indicator, go for a high beat model. The power reserve is a feature of the Spring Drive, I never used to like it until getting one but now it's functionality I actually use and also can appreciate the incredibly detailed finishing on it.

The power reserves look naff in photos but in the metal they add to the dial due to the exquisite way they are finished.

Same case as the 2015 SBGA127. Titanium.

I think I would be happy with any of the four. I still remember missing an SBGA125, that used the same case, when one popped up in a Jura sale a few years ago.

I was thinking of a grand seiko snowflake as a 30th present to myself in October, but I was always a little wary of the size... I wonder if these, being 1mm smaller will be better...

    New GS spring drive SBGA415

Lug width is 21mm so the bracelet really flows into the watch case. Feels intergraded kind of.

Well I have just taken the plunge and ordered a SBGA415. Delivery time is estimated for September.

This is very true. Of all the watches I've ever owned/handled the dials on GS are the most difficult to photograph and have to be seen. The things that are off putting in pictures are not so in real life.

I also am not a fan of the power reserve dial on the spring drives.

But love the sweep of the seconds hand, which is why I am considering one of those new SBGY003 with the manual wind spring drive and power indicator on the back

Correct, they are USA only. Confirmed not to be limited edition models but supply will be limited.
