    New strap required

Im looking to buy a brown leather watch strap but having had mainly bracelets im looking for something really soft and supple. What type of leather should i be looking for that will last and be comfortable and where should i buy from. I have an 8”” wrist so need a decent length. I like the look of Kudu but cant get a colour that i really like- a sort of honey colour or slightly darker.22mm in width going to 20mm to use a deployant.. cheers.

Its to go on a Bremont Alt1 WT- white dial. Its the only watch at the moment i dont wear on a rotation and feel if i had a new strap it would make me enjoy it more.

How about a Di-Modell Oregon (veg tanned and handstitched) for not much money?

As a fellow big-wristee (is that right?) I know it's difficult to find decent XL straps so I'd recommend getting a strap custom made. Try Pavstraps (Pav79 on this forum)- I've used him numerous times and never been less than overjoyed with what I've received.

Check out Bulang and Sons, their straps are great quality and very supple from the first wear.

I agree about the quality and being supple. I don't know if make extra long though or straps for deployants.

Big fan of Colareb, very comfortable leather straps, worth a try if you find a style to match the watch.

I have a Martu leather strap on the Bremont just now, one of the padded ones she made for me. Decent strap but took a while to come.

    New strap required

I have two brown distressed colareb straps and a blue one. Quite thick but amazingly flexible.
