Ralphy, check your PC time clock is correct.
My reply was made 20-minutes after yours - but jumped the queue to become first post

    Forum software incorrectly time-stamping posts

As I type this the time is 23:56, so why is the time showing as 04:09?

    This is weird!

The time on my computer was correct, but how on earth could replies appear before my post?

Just after midnight last night, I saw one other post listed at 04:09 this morning (+4 hours out of sync)

My best guess is that the server was backing itself up when the 2x posts were being made, and an ad-hoc random time of 04:09am was issued.

I have noticed a 2 hour difference for some months, a post made after 22:00 shows as yesterday. I put it down to where the servers that run the system are hosted and the application using the machine time..

It's gotta be a server glitch due to maintenance.
Hopefully the matrix has been restored, and Ralphy is back in sync.
