    A13353 Breitling

    Hi Guys

Came across a full set Breitling A13353,offered to me at £1250...Good,fair,too much?.
It is rather nice not being a Breitling fan,but having tried on it did look very nice.
Could be tempted but can't find anything recent to ascertain whether it's actually a good deal at £1250.

    Cheers

    Paul

Edited price......it was £1250 I heard him wrong!.

Thought someone might have offered some input,oh well we're in York for the weekend so I'll consider it over a few beers.

Is it on the bracelet or rubber, condition? I think it seems an ok price,1200 for a breitling fullset auto .Watchfinder had one at 2250 now sold and chrono24 cheapest on there is 1850 on a leather strap also lowest on ebay £1650 in Japan

It's a good deal cheaper than anything on Chrono 24 and if it is a full set I would say it's really quite a good deal. One on Watchfinder for £2250 but it has no box. Do it...

    Buy it.

Friend had one. Awesome lump of metal.

They were in demand (as much as Breitling are) once upon a time.

Don't think you can lose on that.

I must say it did feel right when looking at the watch, but wasn't sure whether the price was anything to write home about hence the questions.
I know not all Breitlings are well thought of on here,I may having read the replies seriously consider it now, just to add,it was £1250 not £1200! when I called back to ask a few more questions.
Thanks for the replies Gents much appreciated.

    That's a very good price.

Think this is the one called the "stealth" Breitling as there are no polished surfaces, only brushed. So not as blingy as the modern Breitlings. The movement is a modified 7750, I guess they can be serviced by independent watchmakers and not just Breitling. Wearing mine right now.

I’m not a Breitling fan but I do like that, if it’s inspired by the SR71 then all the better, that’s one aircraft I haven’t seen but would really like to one day, an amazing piece of engineering.

Ive noticed a few subtle differences, the one I've seen says Chronometre and edition speciale on the dial.

Yes, my mistake. I've just checked, mine is the A13350, which I think was a slightly earlier model.

There's one at Duxford amongst loads of other incredible stuff, well worth a visit.
